If you haven’t got time in the day – or you just want a bit more Christmas atmosphere – Felixstowe shops are staying open a bit later on the next three Fridays coming up to the big day. And the ice rink will also be open again this year on Friday 22nd.
On Fridays 8th, 15th and 22nd December, around 50 retailers from High Street favourites to speciality shops, boutiques and independents will be opening their doors until 7pm. On these evenings there will also be free car parking in the town centre car parks (Crescent, Highfield and Ranelagh Road) from 3pm onwards.
The Town Centre Partnership, which includes Adnams Felixstowe, Gorgeous Jewels, Hills Jewellers, M&S, Nick Barber Auctions, Pierrot and Ruby & Scarlet, together with Felixstowe Forward and Felixstowe Chamber, have been busy putting together this year’s Christmas Late Night Shopping campaign.

The Ice Rink will be at Great Eastern Square from Wednesday 20th – Saturday 23rd from 11am – 7pm. The synthetic rink is provided by Felixstowe Town Council and sponsored by the East of England Cooperative.
There will also be rides for smaller children and stalls serving food and drinks. Admission free (including free skating).
