Have you got questions about Brexit? Or concerns how the new parliament headed by Mrs May is going to affect our region? Or just issues about local politics in your own community? Well now’s your chance to have your say as MP Dr Therese Coffey will be visiting every town and village in her constituency during the final week of August.
From Tuesday 30th August to Friday 2nd September, Therese will criss-cross the 302 square miles of the Suffolk Coastal constituency, stopping off in towns and villages to talk with residents in community halls, pubs and shops.
Therese said: “I look forward to stopping off at every part of the constituency from Halesworth to Hollesley and Wrentham to Walton. This is an invitation for residents to come and talk to me about any issue.”
She only seems to have ten minutes in each location – so she is obviously either not expecting many questions – or she talks very fast – but this is an opportunity – so if you are burning with a particular issue go along and put your question. But due to the limited time slots it may be a good idea to write it down and give it to her if you want a more detailed response!
She will be on the Felixstowe peninsula on Tuesday 30th August and her itinerary is as follows:
